Arranges pallets, boxes and long loads in a Euro semi-trailer and calculates axle loads — free, in the browser.
The 3D loader arranges cargo in a Euro semi-trailer body: pallets, IBCs, boxes, long loads and custom-size cargo. It shows what goes where, whether there is enough space, whether the axles are overloaded and what to secure the cargo with. It is free, needs no sign-up and runs right in the browser — on a computer and on a phone.
Each piece has its own spot in the body: you see what is at the cab, what is at the doors, what is in the second tier. The plan can be rotated and zoomed, viewed from the top, side and end. Body and cargo dimensions are labeled.
Cargo mass is distributed over the tractor's steer and drive axles, the fifth wheel and the trailer bogie. If an axle is overloaded, you see it at once — before the truck goes on the scales.
“Floor only” cargo stands on the floor, nothing is placed on “nothing on top” cargo, and strong packaging carries no more than it bears.
Straps, load bars, blocking and plywood are drawn on the plan — only from what is checked on the yard. What is missing is stated in “Check”.
Pieces in the body, weight, volume, loading metres (LDM), weight margin and density. “Free space” mode shows empty space in the body and what else fits there.
| What | Dimensions | How many |
|---|---|---|
| Euro semi-trailer | inside 13.6 × 2.45 × 2.45 m, about 82 m³ | 13.6 LDM; single tier — 33 EUR pallets or 26 FIN pallets |
| EUR pallet (EUR) | 1.2 × 0.8 m | 0,4 LDM |
| FIN pallet (FIN) | 1.2 × 1.0 m | 0,5 LDM |
| IBC 1000 L | 1.2 × 1.0 × 1.165 m | 0,5 LDM |
The loading sheet is one page for the driver and the yard: plan, summary, axles and all lines. It can be saved as PNG or PDF, exported to Excel and CSV, or printed. “Share” sends a link to the same layout by messenger or email; a QR code opens it on a phone. Saved loads are kept in this browser's “History”: you can rename them, pin them to the top, star them or postpone them.
A volume calculator tells you whether the cubic metres are enough. The 3D loader places every piece in the body and shows what volume can't: axle loads, what can go on what, height and securing.
A 13.6 m Euro semi-trailer takes 33 EUR pallets 1200×800 or 26 FIN pallets 1200×1000 in one tier. A second tier works if the cargo is stackable and there is enough height, payload and axle margin.
Volume ignores shape and restrictions: nothing may go on “nothing on top” cargo, heavy cargo overloads an axle, tall cargo hits the roof. For each piece that did not fit, the 3D loader gives the reason — it waits on the yard next to the truck.
“Stackable” — other cargo can go on top of this piece, and it can itself stand on top. “Floor only” — the piece stands only on the floor. “Nothing on top” — nothing is placed on it, but the piece itself can stand on the floor or on top.
Yes. Drag a piece with the mouse or a finger; green shadow — fits, red — not allowed, with a reason. To move it to the yard — drag it out of the body; to return it — drag it back or press “to body”.
No. The layout is computed in your browser, and load history is stored there too. The plan leaves it only when you send a link or loading sheet yourself.
Yes. The phone has the same buttons: “Repack”, “Trip”, tabs “Cargo”, “Calculation”, “Free space”, “History”, “Settings” and “Description”. Cargo is moved with a finger, the scene rotates with one finger and zooms with two.
The 3D loader's calculations are for reference: check the cargo on site before the truck leaves.
